Our standard remount package includes:
* The entire module will be stripped down to metal to remove all paint and corrosion. At this time we will also repair
any cracked seams or welds and then repaint, sand, and buff the entire module per your color choice.
* All module entry and compartment doors will be refurbished with new door handles, latches and latch pins. New
weather seal and door proximity switches will also be installed.
* We also install new diamond plate front stone corners and running boards, a new rear bumper and include
replacement of all crash rail and drip cap. Grill lights and marker lights will also be replaced with new style lights.
* New electrical components include: solid state battery and module disconnect solenoids, circuit breakers, relays,
and front and rear switch panels. We also include the complete replacement of the module heater/ air conditioning
unit including all hoses and fittings.
* And much more...
We also have the capabilities of a full array of additional refurbishment services including, body repair, graphics,
electrical system, exterior lighting upgrades and interior updates including cabinet addition or modification,
upholstery, flooring, lighting, etc.
Should your vehicle need to be serviced over a period of time, loaner and rental vehicles are available.
All operations are completed by skilled craftsmen with many years of ambulance assembly and
remount experience. Backed up by a strong warranty. We service what we sell, including field warranty
repair when needed. We have excellent service staff to make warranty and after sale services
friendly and easy.
